About Me

Thank you for visiting my page. I’ve been leading for about 25 years. My leadership experience includes Military, Commercial and Civilian Government positions. Throughout my career, I worked for both functional and dysfunctional organizations. The worst is working for a functional organization and witnessing it going dysfunctional. My education consists of an Associate in Business from Richard Bland College of the College of William & Mary, Bachelors in Public Administration from George Mason University, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Government Acquisition from Strayer University. After a long and thoughtful process, I have decided to create this Blog to share ideas, lessons learned and stories with other leaders and followers. I intend to share general leadership skills as well as discuss how to effectively influence and lead others.
